Our nature based approach allows children's interests and discoveries to become meaningful learning opportunities while still providing the nurturing routine, guidance and security children need.
Learning Happens Everywhere
A walk outside can become a science lesson.
Building a sandcastle introduces problem-solving skills and teamwork.
Counting rocks becomes math.
Drawing what we discovered becomes art.
Caring for plants develops responsibility.
And a muddy puddle?
Sometimes a muddy puddle is simply a really good muddy puddle.

Hi, I'm Savannah! I'm a mom of three whom I homeschool. I have 6 years of professional childcare experience. I believe children learn best through hands-on experiences, play, and plenty of time outdoors. My goal is to create a safe, happy, and loving environment where every child feels cared for, supported, and excited to learn and grow.

Hi! I'm Tereasa, the owner and one of the teachers behind Wild Ones Child Care. I've cared for children for over 30 years. I believe childhood should be filled with curiosity, creativity, muddy boots, fresh air and plenty of time to explore. Most importantly, I want Wild Ones to feel like a home away from home- a place where children are loved, encouraged to try new things, and given the freedom to enjoy the wonder of childhood.
